Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use component providing

Dover has entered right into a definitive agreement to amass Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already includes Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with amenities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in revenue during the full yr 2022.
