Sulzer launches IEC motor appropriate CPE process pump

A few years ago, Sulzer launched its CPE ANSI (American National Standards Institute) centrifugal pump vary. Now, the company is providing an IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) motor compatible pump range.
Sulzer’s CPE process pump.
เครื่องมือใช้วัดความดัน is designed for quite a lot of industrial purposes, corresponding to clean or barely contaminated liquids, viscous liquids, and fibrous slurries. It meets the requirements of ASME B73.1 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) applied to chemical processes. A heating jacket choice is on the market for purposes that require a selected temperature to allow easy pumping operation.
Sulzer extended the pump vary with IEC compatibility that features IEC motors, base plates, and couplings. The CPE pumps are manufactured in the US, Finland, and China. The CPE pump with an IEC motor is an alternate for a process pump with greater strain or temperature than an ISO5199 pump can attain.
The manufacturer claims that this pump offers the best efficiency within the ANSI pump market, providing savings within the whole price of possession (TCO) and a decreased environmental footprint.
“We are happy that we are in a position to also offer the CPE pump in international locations where IEC motors are required. This pump is the best fit for a variety of industrial purposes and a welcome addition to our course of pump portfolio,” says Jouni Lehtinen, head of sales at Sulzer.
