Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two companies have signed a joint settlement that will deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give attention to developing the ecological and gas compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
