Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps accommodates no transferring parts that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or exchange.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the necessity for ancillary gear such as dry run safety, seal water flush systems and in-line examine valves. A hose change takes only minutes and may be performed in-situ without special instruments or expert personnel.
เกจ์ออกซิเจนsumo pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and maintenance personnel and the environment from undesirable spillages or publicity to chemical compounds. Flow is entirely impartial of suction and discharge circumstances. The Bredel hose is precision machined to make sure flow stability and pump performance in robust fluid handling applications.
These industrial pumps obtain flow charges up to 475 GPM, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension.
