Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use element offering

Dover has entered into a definitive settlement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will increase Dover’s biopharma single-use manufacturing providing, which already contains Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with services in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate approximately US$40 million–45 million in income during the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will turn out to be a part of the PSG business unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions phase.
