Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps which may be 18m in size and the opposite 4 are methanol carry pumps that are 10m lengthy.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and built alongside the length of the pumps to monitor the temperature of each bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout set up ensuring that because the pump is lowered into the tank it stays completely aligned, decreasing vibration and put on throughout operation.
Once assembled, เกจ์วัดแรงดันน้ำมันเครื่อง were independently witness examined and certified by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps had been then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore where the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading unit) is being built.
The pump supply and set up needed to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of the size of the pumps, they needed to be installed into the vessel’s tanks through the deck earlier than one other deck above the pumps could be built. The first part was completed efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning team supporting the client with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO will be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 subject, roughly 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to supply up to ninety 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It shall be equipped to handle the monsoon situations prevalent on the field.
