UPDATE: Police managed to seize one of many two suspects on the run within the cop with a grudge killings in southern Thailand. Pol. Snr. Sgt. Maj. Atthaporn Wichian remains at large but police managed to arrest his confederate Manop Wang-ngan at 2pm yesterday at a house in Thap Put district, Phang Nga province.
